March on OSUWMC Board of Trustees
We showed strong unity and solidarity for the OSUWMC Board of Trustees meeting on May 22 to deliver a clear message: we refuse to accept dying at work as part of the job. No one should have to sacrifice their health, safety, or life to do the work of caring for others. We are demanding dignity, safe staffing, and the ability to care without causing harm to our patients or ourselves. This is a fight for respect, justice, and the future of our profession.Â
